The owner of Texas Quality Driving School is Norman Navarro who is a native born resident of Victoria, Texas.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mexican-American Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.  He is also an avid motorcycle rider and teaches basic motorcycle classes at Victoria College and for Harley Davidson.  As a motorcycle rider he understands the need for safe and responsible vehicle operations for both cars and motorcycles.  Navarro has been an educator and coach for over 20 years and understands the dynamics of different learning styles and cultures.     Navarro is also the founder and Executive Director of  T-E-X-A-S.org a non-profit that is dedicated to help educate, train and promote traffic safety and motorcycle awareness.
